The increasing growth of the girl power movement has helped girls feel more emboldened to embrace their uniqueness, strength, and confidence.
While this is a good thing, it can sometimes make boys feel excluded or insecure about their role in this evolving landscape. It’s up to us as adults to help boys feel more confident about their new role.
Essentially, the trick is to simultaneously build their confidence while helping them adjust to their new reality. Sounds challenging… but it IS possible.
